🗓️ If withdrawing from your membership during the term, a 2-week notice period and $30 admin fee will apply for Full Time members.

📅 If you inform us of your availability before the term starts, a pro-rata fee will apply with the following conditions:

🔸 Minimum of 7 classes must be attended to qualify for pro-rata pricing for 10 weeks term, 8 classes for 11 weeks term and 6 classes for 9 weeks term.

🔸 If attending fewer than mentioned classes in a term, you won’t be eligible for the term fee and will instead need to purchase a Class Pass for flexibility (Term is based of Victorian School Terms).

✅ Maximum of two makeup classes allowed per term.

🌟 Makeup classes should ideally be completed within the same term at different locations if possible, but can be carried over to the next term only.

🔔 If Bhangrafit needs to cancel a class (due to instructor illness, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible.
